I sprayed the inside of it with rubberized undercoating sincei bought enough to spray my whole frame and undercarriage down I had a little left over.We'll see how it holds up.

 

Looks good I was thinkin about doing the same thing to mine, although I don't have as much rust as you had. But I did realize you could've made it a little easier by removing the plastic pieces from the top of your bumper. They're just held on with clips and they pull off pretty easily. Did you use a spray gun or a can of spray paint?

 

Just car spray paint. and it was pretty noticeable until it got clearcoated. Now you can't really tell. Figure in about a week I'll hit it with some rubbing compound and reallyblend it in.
