It seems like I read somewhere that you cant put 15" wheels on a ram because of some certain caliper clearance or something. I'm not sure if it was for the 4x4 or 4x2, but does anyone know.....
in 99 dodge changed to a dual piston caliper. So 15's will rub the caliper, you can get them to fit but you'll need to grind the caliper or replace with a single caliper setup
It also depends on if you have the sport package or not. I believe it is the sports (and probably off-road editions as well) they went with a larger diameter rotor.
Slightly off topic... will the dual piston calipers fit my 96 CTD4x4? I would like a brake upgrade. Now back on topic....anyone have 15 inch old style aluminum slots on their 2nd gen? I think that would look sweet! Post pics if ya have em!
Thoses who have 15's on your Ram, do you have a bigger offset ??
I'm not worried about the caliper, but I don't think the tie-rod end will clear it.

Mine is a 99 sport and I'm running 15" rims no problems.
Matter of fact, if the OP wants to buy my rims with the current tires on them, he can. I bought a set of stock steelies that I'm going to throw on the truck.

The Sport package is just an appearance thing, no difference in brakes.
