yes or you can do the same thing yourself all you need is a dremel and some time...

Use the pictures on ebay as a guide. Basically you cut the runners inside the plenum down. The more you cut, the higher the power band will shift (up to a point). Then you clean up the runner ports where you cut them with a grinder attachment. If you have a divider plate cut it out. Gasket matching refers to opening up the ports where they mate to the heads. You can also use a hardened bristle attachment on a flexible shaft to knock the slag off of the runner interiors.

Keep in mind that the one on ebay that you linked is the egr version.

I have run both a modified stock manifold and a M1. The M1 was way better on my truck, but I only compared the two after I installed a cam.
