hey i dunno if i just had a real stupid idea or what but how do i find out the gear ratio on my t-case and duz anyone make them in diffrent reductions?...i was thinking of maby changing it so i could swap it out to run my 35's in the summer then put th stock one back in and run my 31's in the winter.... i dunno ill still prob regear to 4.10 but just something that poped into my head...

Sounds like what you are looking for is the Advance Adapters STAK-3 transfercase, it is a 3 speed transfer case, the link below will take you to it's web page. Get ready to shell out some cash though to buy the t-case and adapter needed.

I was thinking for your application, go with 4.56 gears and get the t-case with the .79 overdrive that way your final ratio stays close to current (I don't feel like doing the calculations at the moment to find the exact one). Then you pull it down to the 1:1 for the larger tires and you still have a useable low range. But as you said, it is a bit expensive.
