My 97 1500 is runing really warm it isn't in to the red yet but it gets close. I too have made many mods. but haven't had this problem until about two months ago. I belive its time for a new water pump. what do you think and if yes how hard is it to change

 

Welcome to the club. Seems like I'm seeing posts on this heat problem more & more on these years rams after they get around 110000 to 130000 miles.

 

Water pump is easy just time consuming. I know nothing about vehicles and changed mine.

 

you are right on the money I have 120000 mile on it do you think its the water pump.
