Default What rpm, what rpm, what rpm?

I humbly and selfishly, request and suggest that info about increased power, torque, and performance have the rpm range included.
For example:
X installed a K&N and it felt faster - At what rpm?
X installed headers and got more power - above 3000rpm?
X opened up the exhaust and reduced backpressure and got more torque - At what rpm?
X installed a performance cam and tows the trailer easier? towing at what rpm?

please?

well ok I installed my $59 k&n look a like fipk and I feel more power across the whole rpm range. thats 1000 to 5200 rpms. If I can ever find a dyno again I will put the stock stuff back on and do a comparison.

Crank sensor mod = power under 1500 rpms+ burnout power
