Default Jumping a truck

I was just wondering if anyone has ever jumped their truck? I started thinking about trying to jump my truck awhile ago but then I start to think of how the suspension will do if I was to jump my truck.

Not on purpose. Watch out for those railroad tracks!

landed pretty hard. busted the upper coil bucket on the passenger side, and punctured the outer shock. the only good outcome was talking the wife into letting me buy all new nitro shocks

i kinda did once. hit a naturally formed ramp(?) while i was offroading and the front two tires came off the ground.... wasnt going fast enough for the rears to come off. i didnt break any shocks or anything but did get it re-aligned just in case. i figured that would also be a way to have a mechanic look at it, and i figured he would speak up if he saw something broken. but it wasnt.

I woulnd't really recommend it. I've never jumped my truck but I've had a few friends jump cars before. The out come is usually about what you'd expect. Broken struts, Broken enginge mounts, Transmission dropped, windows break... you get the idea.

Why would you want to? Your going to break everything from suspension parts, to motor mounts, to trans mounts, even to interior stuff.
