I went with the hypertech, I didnt notice a big difference but I set it for 85 octane on the gas since Im at 6400 above sea level and I also reset the speedo for the bigger tires since my gps was telling me I was off about 8 mph. I havent tried it yet for higher octane gas.You can reset your rev limiter and also shift points I believe.

Try adjusting the tranny cable by moving the cable housing toward the firewall. That will cause the engine to rev slightly higher before shifting into the next gear. Moving it 1/16" can make a noticable difference. I kept adjusting mine until I got a nice shift pattern.

A Mopar Performance PCM was better then the Hypertech I had, and the B&G flash I have now blows them all away. If performance is what your after, save your money up and get the flash. It is far superior. If you like the other features you get with the programmer (tire size adjuster, rev limiter, etc...), then go that route, but don't expect huge performance gains.
