What are the block like things? The only leveling kits for the front that I have seen are the coil spacers.

this is the exhaust system i got http://www.gibsonperformance.com/products.asp?pid=14294..i like the sound its not so much a low gron more of a higher pitch and i could def feel it when im cruising between 30-50 mph nd then step on it.. and i got the stainless steel headers and they def look cool and they made a noticible difference.. i like them but there pretty expensive.. but im satisfied overall

Looks to me like its just a different looking coil spacer. Same Idea just probably cheaper to mfg. It's still a coil spacer.

I have those exact spacers on the front of my truck. If you want, you can send me a PM and I will tell you how I installed them. It is really simple to do.

I agree. It is a coil spacer just not a rubber "boot" type spacer.Says right on the page that tehy are spacers. These are the ONLY spacers to receive "NOW PATENTED " status from the U.S. Patent Office because of their superior design !!
