Default Foul Plugs

My cylinder 4 plug keeps fouling in has gone out 3 times the last 4 months...that's the only one i have the 5.9 and the shop i took it to to see why did a bunch of test (for free) and couldn't tell me. they said it could be an internal engine problem or a leak in my intake manifold anyone have an issue you like this or an idea of what could it be the code reader says it was a "Fuel Foul" on the plug.

Thanks.

P.S. anyone ever used Remington mud brutes or know anything about them or another mildly inexpensive mud tire (35) with descent tread life

Possibly an over-rich operating (or faulty spray pattern) fuel injector. It may be staying on too long or dribbling instead of spraying.
