Well I am spending a few bucks on the Indy today, I am buying a Flex Fan, Throttle body spacer, and CAI.

Will I notice a difference or will I only notice these once I have more onto the engine?

Spacer, cai and fans for $125? Even used doubt you will find them that cheap.

Spacer will do nothing at all except reduce the space between tb and cowl and empty your wallet.
CAI, depends on which one it is. Bunch of crap ones out there that cost 2, 3 and 4xas much as a 14" round yet give the same or less rwhp. Ramairbox will give the best results and really help out on the highway performance and mileage but will cost a bit more than most of the cai out there.
The Flex-a-lite fans while making it easier to work under hood if the shroud/viscous fan is removed will not really add that much to performance. Helps off the line but does next to nothing above about 2500rpms. My Indy only saw .08 seconds off average1/4mile ets (.05 of it off 60' times)when I added one (had about 250rwhp at time)

Found a CAI, no name but my friend has the same on his truck and the specs of the tubing (diameter, material, the bends in the tubing) all match K&N's CAI and its $50 dollars, the flex fan is $27 from summit, and the TB spacer is $39 from summit. Tack on shipping and I might be a little over.

So basically the flex fan would be the only thing worth it? Anything else I could get for about 80-90 dollars that would help?

160* Thermostat will probably set of your check engine light. It's a little on the low side. Most of the people that have gone to a lower temp stat here go with the 180*.

go with the 180 deg t-stat... if you look hard you might be able to find a suitable cooler to put inline between the fuel tank & fuel rail... I suggest you put itinside the frame rail somehow and slap an e-fan on it. then wrap or insulate the fuel all the way up to the injectors with thermo-tec tape & sleeving...

I installed one on each of my bmw's (325is & M3) and my 2000 ram... worked well on all 3... the only difference for me was I put mine up in front of the radiator w/o a fan on it (used the stock fan).

Man sounds like you got money burning a whole in your pocket. Out of what you listed I'd only get the intake, then I'd do the 14x3 round. https://dodgeforum.com/m_613741/mpag.../tm.htm#613741

Sorry yall, but I don't believe in the 180° thermostat thing. If you've got pinging or something else fix it don't bandaid it with a thermostat. Ok, let the flaming begin.

no flaming... but the 180 deg t-stat allows the head to run cooler which helps prevent (IMO) the heads from cracking between the valve seats. plus the cooler your intake charge the more power your able to build. although hardly noticeable because of the % of increase, it's still there and coupled with other mods, can be a benifit.

If your happy with a 195 t-stat then that's awesome, I wont try to convert you
