Default Hood scoop came in, Pics. as well as guage

My hood scoop came in today. I fitted it, it looks pritty trick. I took some pictures of it, they are at night unfortunately, so the quality isnt the best, but you get the idea. Enjoy.

You can see the paint issues that will be tackled at the same time as the painting of the scoop.

and a better shot of my guages.

functional, otherwise I wouldnt have bought it.

the guageis goofey. I thought the sender was defective, so I exchanged it for a good one, but no dice. So Im thinking now that the ground wire isnt thick enough and grounded well enough. Im going to go with a 14 guage (16 on there now) and Im going to run it back through the firewall and ground to the chassis.

That's going to look great, I know you are going to have that put on the hood correctly, painted, war painted all that right?

dont know what war painted is, but its going to follow the paint scheme. Im going to take a while to do it properly, so dont be anxious to see it done any time soon.

no problem. It was $115 (95 for the non bolted version, but I wanted bolts and fiberglass)+ shipping

http://www.up22.com/

thats where I and my friends get our fiberglass needs from. They have a great turn arround time, and a great price. If you order anything over the net, make sure you call and verify the order though.
