Well it seems that my overdrive solenoid(p1740) and my governor pressure sensor(p1756) are malfunctioning. What can I do to solve the problem? This is on an 01 Ram 1500 FYI. Have to take off in first gear sometimes because in drive it feels like it's slipping, and sometimes taking off in first the truck shakes like crazy. Also on long trips it seems to go out of overdrive and then a few miles down the road will go back into overdrive. Any help is appreciated.

 

my advice is go to your local transmission shop with the best reputation and let them fix it before something really expensive happens.
