The ride is lookin' sharp there Silver. Now you got me thinking about painting mine as well. not sure what color I would go with but a red or maybe a plum purple would work for me. The word mopar looks great as well, acnt believe that is a sticker. very nice.

Wow, you dug up this old one.

It chipped off about 6 months later, and they are now bare metal again.

What would you suggest in lieu of the high temp paint you used? Was it a prep problem or a paint problem? I just got a set of alloys and my new drums (3 mo. old) rusted so it's a bright rust color. Im looking to paint them black as well as early as next weekend.

I preped the heck out of them. I think it was the conditions that I drive in. Too much snow, ice, and gravel for them to stay looking nice.

They were posted before the software upgrade last year that stripped out all the pictures. That's why a lot of old threads don't have any pictures.

Use the DupliColor High Heat Ceramic paint. It is the same stuff I used on my grille. Next weekend I am going to paint my new Raysbestos drums that I installed 2 weeks ago with some low-gloss black high heat paint.
