Im thinking of putting in a throttle body spacer on my dodge ram 2500 with a 360 cubic inch engine does it really improve gas milage and give that TURBINE action giving loads of power?

It does nothing for these motors because of the intake design. It is impossible to hold that spin through the open "keg like" design of the intake manifold. don't waste your money. some applications do work. My buddy has a 6 cylinder ranger, he says he notices vast imrovements, but he is kind of a **** talkin deuche too....
