I just got off the phone with my local Linex guy "Dave" Dave told me that he has never Linexed a whole truck but he would for 2k. This sounds reasonable to me, what do you think?

that sounds like a pretty good price. just the bed (over the rail) here is like $600. and there isn't as much prep involved for the bed. I agree, i think that the truck looks pretty damn good.

nevermind....yea it does look good.

2 grand is veryreasonable for the entire truck imho. a decentpaint job would cost more.

not to mention, you wouldn't have to worry about you "paint" job with the line-x. no more worries when you park in a parking lot. also, you could throw rocks at it and nothing would happen.

Another plus is I would NEVER have to wash my truck again, just take a hose to it!

And being able to throw rocks at my truck sounds fun too!

I've seen a few trucks like that, and even a newer VW car last winter lol. It looks cool, I say do it. I like the colored ones, not just straight black.

That looks very cool. I used to own a detail center that did SuperLiner and just the bed would cost well into the 600's so a whole truck for 2k sounds great. He's just going to sand your whole truck, tape it off, and go to town. He may not realize how much material he is actually going to use. Get that price on paper first.

There is not going back once that thing is sprayed though...[sm=confused06.gif]
