i dont know anything about transmisions so idk if this is a real problem or not but when im driving at like 50 mphish steady my rpms are jumping from like 1400 to like 1700 about every 10 sec nd then when its sitting in drive with the brake applied or in park it jumps around from around 500ish to 800ish... so if anyone knows if thats a problem please let me know, i know the trans in these trucks arnt the best from reading about them on this forum so im just paranoid about it now when that is happening and i dont wanna be left stranded somewhere. any help would be great thanks

 

Sounds like the Throttle position sensor (TPS). Do a search in this forumand you'll probably find the same symtoms.
