SAGGING HEADLINER
My headliner near the windshield on the passenger side is seperating from the cardboard and issagging down. Any body had this problem, and what did you do to fix it?
Might wanna give this a try a try if you're a DIY type of guy. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZsmsheadliners
you can buy headliner material at your fabrics store they sell it by the yard (about $10 a yard) and a spray can of 3m foam adhesive which they will sell at the fabric store also. Then you have to pull your headliner out which is pretty easy and get all of the old material off (this is the part that is kid of a pain in the ***), after you are done scraping and made sure the headliner backing is as clean as you can get it spray some glue let it sit for a few seconds and lay your fabric, I did this in sections and it worked out pretty well. hope this helps
I did my supercab and it wasn't difficult but it was time consuming. With the supercab you need to loosen the back interior panels so I also removed the back seat. Plus all the other items to take off. Once the headliner was loose I couldn't get it out the door with the front seat in....unless you wanted to bend the cardboard. So my interior was pretty much gutted so I also did carpet while in there.
Also I made sure to leave plenty of material to wrap around the cardboard and glue on the back....something that wasn't done originally.

At Walmart in the Crafts department
they sell a bag of pins with T handles at the tops of the pin instead of round heads.
Pull the headliner tight to the front
and use these T headed pins to hold it
by sliding them through the headliner into the foam board.
If you try to glue to the foam board
you will find the outer edge of the foam is rotting and won't hold to the glue.
After you are done you will notice that the T pins can not be seen through the windshield because there is a black band hiding them.
