Default tranny, motor, and suspension problem!!

Motor- Rough idle. check engine comes on once in a long while for a day or two then off for months. random cylinder 8 misfire is the code. but always has a rough idle but other than that runs perfect.

Tranny- 10k miles on new tranny with unknown shift kit. when you floor it it hits rev limiter it seems and bounces off it like 3 times then shifts. or occasionally when you floor it it revs up and does the 3 or 4 redline bounces then shifts.

Suspension- clicking coming from upfront definately. sounds like its on a rotation.

any answers?

Were you messing around with the spark plug wires lately? I crossed two wires once and had clicking, loss of power and similar sounding stuff you have been experiencing. Probably a long shot; best of luck.

Tranny problem sounds like TPS, and rough idle might be your Idle selenoid on the back of the throttle body. Might need agood cleaning with brake clean.
#8 misfire..if uncrossing your plug wires doesn't help, make sure your injector isn't dirty.

4x4? If so, clicking might be your front U-joints.

IAC or TPS could be causing the idle issues, you can test both. Back probe the tps (grn & blk) and should see 5volts (key on/dont start), then the orng & blk(if memory serves me) will show.5- 4.5 volts from idle to WOT. (key on/not running) Move throttle open slowly and watch for spikes as well.
IAC remove it from the back of the tb (torx 25) but leave it connected and have someone key on key off without starting, mulitple times. If it hangs up, is slow to move or doesnt move on occassion spray it with carb cleaner and try again. Replace it if it still hangs up occassionally.

TV cablecould beout of adjustment and causing the mtr to bounce the limiter before shifting. Can be adjusted on the passenger side of the tb.Adjuster squeeses to release andonly move in small amounts payingclose attention to where it is from the start.
