I have a 1997 2500 diesel, I had the fuel shutoff solenoid go bad. I replaced the solenoid and the two modules also. Now the solenoid will hold the valve open but the pull in will not work. I have to turn the key on and lift the solenoid and it will stay in place and the truck runs fine. Is there a fuse for this? Also the contacts in the starter have started to give me problems, could this effect the fuel shutoff solenoid pull in? When I shut the engine off the last sound I hear sounds like it is coming from the starter a thunk.. Also I have a fuel pressure guage and the needle now fluctuates wildly? Help !!!!!!! Ed
