Default 'Croaking' noise?

Hi, my 2001 ram 1500 5.9L has a rough idle and makes a 'croaking noise' I'm sorry, but I don't know how else to describe it.
I tried replacing the plug wires in hopes that would fix it, however no luck.
I also noticed that when I run a bottle of injector cleaner through the tank, it seems to make it a little better. However, I have never run a higer concentration than 1.2:1.
Also, when I shut the engine off, it makes the same croaking noise.

Any ideas as to what I should try next?

I appreciate your help and patience with me since I'm still a major noob at cars, lol.

Default RE: 'Croaking' noise?

Also, I should mention that it only sounds like a "croaking" noise from inside the cab...
