Videos of new Flowmaster 44 Exhaust System
I never got to find a place where I could do a rev out and then launch, so hope these vids can do good for now. But this is the flowmaster super 44 muffler, sounds awesome. The first vid prob. shows the best of what it sounds like, but still, that wasnt even close to fulll throttle.

Tomorrow I will find a nice stretch to do a rev and launch video. I just get so nervous these days because I'm still under a 2 year provisional license and I've been suspended 3 times already. That last 90 day suspension was do damn devilish, so I am wicked cautious these days!!

It's truly a great tone, it's very unique compared to the original 40, which I like. It sounds great on the dodges. It will only get better sounding when I get the cold air intakea and the headers put on, and I have my cat gutted! Let me know what you decide to do for a muffler.

What I have been thinking was to go with these Hedman painted headers from Summit Racing http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...085+115+400143 and maybe use these mufflers by Force Automotive http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...710+115+400359.
Since my cat is 1 yr old thanks to the recall Chrysler had I wont be changing my cat, tho I wont get the same performance from a performance cat but it was free non the less. My idea is to install shorty headers usign the stock y pipes to the cat, then after the cat put in a y pipe going to 2 mufflers, depending on the room I may have to still settle for 1 muffler with dual outlets but I hope not. I really like these mufflers from Flowmaster but they are pricey http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=FLO%2D12518400& N=700+4294923429+4294922711+4294922710+115&aut oview=sku.

I don't know about the whole painted headers though. I've debated this over and over. If you are going to spend the $250+, you mine as well wait and just spend $250+ more and do it right and get some ceramic coated headers! They'll last a lot longer and they look great too. I definately would like to get some Longtube headers, i dont know if I'll get the pacesetters or not becaus of the quality, but I definately want to do it right, even if that means waiting awhile before I can afford them!

Hmm, maybe i'll try to save some extra cash then and purchase the ceramic headers instead. Thanx for the heads up. The rust holes in my exhaust above the rear axle are getting more numerous by the day. I have been using that muffler mender but that only works for so long before it flakes off. Looks like I'll be hacking off the exhaust right after the muffler and installing some turn-downs while i save for a new exhaust system. I just cant stand that leaky air sound, Im too picky.
