Default battery problem or ground?

sometimes when i go and start my truck it makes a loud click and all my electronics go blank. Everything is dead! Sometimes it will pop back on if you make a movement or open the door. Like something is loose. The other day it dyed on my going about 5 mph. Sometimes i have to disconnect the neg cable and reconnect. I replaced my battery and it hasnt done it yet. How can i check for a open wire or check to see if the right amount of voltage is going through my truck?

If you replaced the battery and it hasn't happened again, I would blame the battery, unless your alternator's dead and it hasn't been charging the battery, in which case the fresh battery will eventually die and you'll have the same problem again.

well i had the old battery tested and it was good. But i wonder if the negative side of the battery was going bad and it only did it every so often?

Try cleaning the terminals.
If you haven't already.
Then go after a new cable.

Yeah, wiring may be to blame. Check all of your connections.

sounds like loose/dirty cable connections, make sure they are cleaned and tight.
