Today I went to autozone and picked up 4 bottles of dupli-color rubberized undercoating. I thought it'd be fun to kind of clean up the rust underneath my truck and put some nice black look to it. Well turns out, that **** is very hard to work with. I got it all over my arms and hands, it was hard to aim, and sometimes it came out very clumpy. I wound up just doing the front and rear axles and differentials and then I stopped before I made any terrible mistakes. It came out good, but I definatey don't want to try it anymore, so messy, overspray is hard to avoid, and its exspensive. I think I am going to pay someone professionally to have the truck undercoated,I just can't afford to screw up anything nice down there. I just bought new white shocks and had that new exhaust system put in, and it would have been a shame to have gotten all that grose rubbery gook all over that ****. Now I have all this black tarry crap all over my hands and arms, the GOJO did a decent job getting the majority of it off, but still sucked lol!
