OBD2 INTERFACE
Does anyone know if there is software available that would allow changing parameters on the rev limiter with a OBD2 interface(I have an all-in-one unit)?

The only software in existence for DC stuff:

A drbIII will allow you to flash the pcm, but you need something to flash in there. If you are a computer guru you could download the program off the pcm, hack the code, rewrite the program, and flash it back I suppose.
