RE: Snow Plow on Sport Model
pretty sure that you will have to notch the bumper on a sport. I will try to get pics with some dimension for ya off of my plow setup (non-sport) and you can compair. I would say the best thing to do would be to go to a fisher dealer or any other plow place and see what they say.

I emailed Fisher last winter about putting one on my sport and they said they didn't have a recommended plow setup for a 2000 quad cab sport.
Not sure what body style you have but mine being the quad cab is why they said they didn't recommend one. Not sure if it was a frame strength issue or what.
Oh...they did say I would have to notch thefront bumperif I put one on anyway though.

I have a Meyer on my 99 2500 Sport. Just have to use a hole saw on the lower part of the air dam so that the light bar attachment can slide in. I have caps that slide back into the holes when the plow is not on. It does'nt look bad at all. Hope that helps. If you like I can send you a couple of pics.

No matter what brand plow on any sport model weather it be a ram or dakota you need to notch out the front air dam a little. And depending on what brand or model plow you get you can get creative with a welder and mount a bull bar or grill guard to the plow frame in the summer
