Where didyou pick up the return system, and how much did it run you? (if you don't mind me asking)

KRC has a nice kit, but it seems kind of pricey. Are you piecing the turbo together yourself?
I'm not running a return system, just modifying the returnless system to incorporate the FMU

page 9 and 10 of this VortechS/C install manual have pictures and a diagram of how the plumbing works on a returnless system.

I'm doing all the work on this myself except the exhaust, still haven't decided how i want to route it. when it's all said & done, i should have less than $2000 into the whole setup including intercooler.

The port at the rear of the fuel rail is a
'Schraeder Valve'
and does need a special fitting
to depress the post on the inside of the fitting.
Most of those $40 fuel pressure kits include the correct adapter.

yea, i just looked at my kit today. The piece inside that depresses the post is missing. Guess its time to get a new fitting for that.
