hello, i am brand new to this forum and i own a 2001 ram off road package. how does this truck differ from regular rams? i know it is lifted from the factory.... but what does it have for axles, and how is it lifted? any help would be greatly appreciated
I believe it has coil spacers and leaf spring blocks for the lift. Rear axel is a Chrysler 9.25, front is a Dana 44. I believe all the offraod packages came with a 4.10 final gear ratio also.
skid plates, dana 44 and chrysler 9.25 with 4.10 gears. 275/70r17 tires. low gear steering box. 17x8 aluminum rims. special stickers, lifted slightly higher then a stock ram. 5.9 nagnum motor.....and i think that's it...
yes. belated corection on my part.... brain fart... at the same time i was writing my post i was messing around at tire rack check prices on a few things
what i meant to write was 275's
all appologizes
another oddball... my truck has/had neither tow package (hitch/wiring) or the aux cooler
i had to add both msyelf... all i had was the stock rad. cooler..
