off road ram
hello, i am brand new to this forum and i own a 2001 ram off road package. how does this truck differ from regular rams? i know it is lifted from the factory.... but what does it have for axles, and how is it lifted? any help would be greatly appreciated
I believe it has coil spacers and leaf spring blocks for the lift. Rear axel is a Chrysler 9.25, front is a Dana 44. I believe all the offraod packages came with a 4.10 final gear ratio also.
the OR's didnt come with front spacers, or lockers..
OR's came with the skid plates (gastank and tcase), 4.10 and LSD rear, 265's standard, and a gussetted/trussed D44.
also came 2" higher but with an AAL inthe rear and taller springs up front.

skid plates, dana 44 and chrysler 9.25 with 4.10 gears. 275/70r17 tires. low gear steering box. 17x8 aluminum rims. special stickers, lifted slightly higher then a stock ram. 5.9 nagnum motor.....and i think that's it...
