Default Fastman Throttle Body installed

Installed a 52mm Fastman throttle body tonight and took it on a test drive. My 1st impression was holy cr@p, this is nice!!! Lots of power across the whole rpm range. Does anyone know how long it takes for it tore-learningfastman is telling me it takes about 40 miles.

But also am sad to say that my plenum gasket is leaking (oil on the bottom of the intake), I will need to replace it, any one know where I could get a aftermarket on in Canada, I've read in the forum not to go with the dodge ones as they are cr@p.

Next is my Mopar performance air cleaner, just ordered it and should have it by end of week. After that is my headers and new exhaust.

Oily residue in the intake isn't a sure sign of a blown plenum gasket. Remember the pcv sucks crankcase fumes directly into the intake so it ain't gonna be spotless. I'm not saying yours isn't blown but it has been posed how to test properly a few times here.
There are lots of other aftermarket gaskets available check you local parts store. Personally I worked a a dodge dealerfor 15 years and have tons of these with the mopar kit and when done properly and torqued to spec I have never done the same engine twice.

Ok I pulled the hose of the PVC and plugged it with my finger and go a lot of suction, is this one sign that the plenum is gone.

ok I might be asking a dump question but the suction was coming from the hose that is connected to the manifold, is that where I check or should ZI be checking from the PVC valve.

no no no.
locate the PCV valve on valve cover. pcv is on drivers side on 01,00,?? i think its on passenger side on earlier models. whatever side its on, the hose is routed fom valve cover to intake manifold.
disconnect the PCV hose from the intake manifold. plug the intake port with a rubber cap. plug the end of the hose with a golf tee or bolt.

now change sides of the engine and locate the hose from the valve cover to the breather. disconnect from breather. stick your finger over it and feel for vacuum while engine is running. should be none if plenum is properly sealed.

I just finished checking to see if my plenum gasket is gone as per dhvauhan had said to do, this is what happened, when I pulled the hose off the breaker and plugged it with my finger I did not get a suction but when I pulled my finger away I got a puffing nose like a build up of air that was just released. What does that mean?

That means your good to go!

Most engine have a little bit of blow-by so the pressure build up is normal.
Your plenum gasket is OK
