I'll get a post for the schematic. It's pretty easy to do all of the parts you need are at Radio Shack. Basically its just a flip flop timer. I was thinking about making them and selling them but noone seemed interested.

Here is a write up on how to build it. It should work in a dodge to but you might need a differnt voltatge. I'm not sure. You can change the voltage by changing the size of the resitor. Also depending on if you have FED emisions or CA Emision you might need to make two of them. You can tell if you have CA emissions by counting how many cats you have. Two cats = CA. nYou'll have an O2 sensor behind each one.

I'm glad you found it useful. At first I didn't want to give it out. I was going to try and sell them, but I've gotten so much help of DF I figured I should share the wealth. I think that it's a good alternative to build them yourself since they cost close to 75$ each on the market and you can make them for something around 25$. When I install them in my truck I am going to install them next to theECM. That way I can leave the O2s installed and it will look like I haven't messed with any of the emissions system.
