Default No Start + Brake Problem

I have a 1996 Ram 1500 SLT Lariat 5.9 4x4.
I was driving home yesterday and stopped to get gas. After I started the truck back up, the brake pedal went spongy, and as I drove offthe ABS and BRAKE lights came on. Once I got home I checked the brake fluid level, and it was low, so I brought it up to max. Here's where the no start problem began.
I hooked up my OBD II scanner to see if I got any codes relating to the brake problem. I hooked the scanner up before I started the truck; after turning the key, the lights came on, but it did not turn over. Each timeI turn the key again, nothing at all happens: no lights at all, no cranking, nothing.
It seems that I blew a fuse (at the very least), but I do not know why. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, where can I find a complete fuse diagram for my truck?
Thanks!

Default RE: No Start + Brake Problem UPDATE

I just looked at the fuses, and they all are OK. Battery is putting out 12.8V at rest.
I was able to get it started with a jump, but when I took my foot off of the gas, it stalled. Now I also have a puddle of brake fluid forming from a drip that is coming from above the gas tank.
Any ideas??

Electrically, if you can get it started and test the alternator output, see what you're getting. Alternator could have taken a dump on you. If you can't do both at the same time, take the alternator to a parts store and have it bench tested. Don't know why a code reader would have caused that.
Brakes: find and fix the leak. Bleed system. Brake line might be rusted through or corroded fitting.
