CEL + Misfire + Half of an engine?
So After getting my 4.10s put in, I was in the process of breaking them in, drove for 20 miles, skated for 30-40 min, did this 5 times, started driving home, and it would go back in O/D up hills. Should have gotten 4.56s, but my idiot mind got the 4.10s for hwy....anyway, During one hill, it downshifted, RPMs hung out at 4k and then a CEL came flashing at me for about 10secs then went away. I felt like I had no power but the truck was still running. I Drove it to Schucks and use their scanner and I got 3 codes Misfire on 1, misfire on 2, and random Misfire. I think it is more than a misfire, almost like I am limping on 2 or 3 cylinders. When you give it gas, nothing knocks really, but there is a loose change sound when above 2k rpm coming from the bottom of the engine...I am going to have it shipped up to spokane cause that is where we are moving too and I don't have time to drop the pan...will do that when we get up there...
Any ideas? Oil pressure is good, temp good, just loss of power and change in motor sound
Motor has 88K miles 5.9l 4x4 99 ram auto 46re
Edit: Check pulgs, cap, rotor, and wires...all Top notch...

So I got a new Kitty installed by a buddy...welds are not the greatest, but under the circumstances, it will work. He sealed up all the leaks and really did a good job. It runs better, gonna drive it up to Boise and check it out, hopefully it will do well...
Now I have a CEL that is constant that says o2 sensor Signal To high
I will check these tomorrow...

The O2 sensor works hand-in-hand with the cat. If the old cat was bad, then the O2 sensor gets screwed up. The O2 sensor should be changed every 60K miles or so. I'd bite the bullet and change it out anyway.
