Default Truck pullin' to the right

I have had a time with my 01 Ram 1500 wanting to pull to the right. I have to constantly hold my steering wheel slightly to the right at all times. I had an alignment done, replaced the rotors, calipers, brakes and lines. I have proper tire pressure. What else could be causing this? Also, upon pulling the right front wheel off yesterday, I noticed a large nut (in the center of the rotor, that was loose. It is 1 3/4" and says "Do not re-use". I tightened it but still have the same pull. Would that nut have anything to do with it? What is the proper torque on that? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I meant to say that I have to hold the steering wheel to the LEFT at all times, not right.

Bald/out of balance tire. Mine was doing the same thing, except to the right. My right front was BALD. Got new tires and it drives like a different truck.

Bad right wheel bearing, more drag on the wheel means it freewheels slower andcould pull right.

swap front tires from right to left. if the truck pulls left now, its caused by the tires.

Thanks all for the info. My tires aren't nowhere near bald but, I will have them rebalanced and will also swap tires to see. Question on the weel bearings. Does the 01 have bearings that I could replace or do I have to do the whole hub assembly?

The whole hub assembly unfortunately. The bearings are sealed and considered nonserviceable. About as dumb as putting the fuel filter in the fuel pump in the fuel tank.

What would be the best way to check to see if the hub assembly is bad itself?

If I remember correctly, if you jack up the wheel and try to wiggle it top to bottom and left to right, it shouldn't wiggle. If it does the bearing is shot.

If you weigh a lot, chock up the left springs, weight the right side, or compenstate by moving the fuel cell. When I run a load, I start out heavy left. As she goes, I let some pressure out on the right rear. Keep at it until you balance pressure, and roll back into town like nothing ever happened.
