Default Want to lift my 2wd 99 2500!!!

Can anyone help to point me in the direction of a supplier of 4" to 6" suspension lift kit for my 99 2500 5.9 Auto Ram. I have spent some time on the net here in the UK but all the listings are for 4wd, some help from someone woul relly be appreciated.

WHY NOT...I think to each his own...I have a 2wd and I lifted it...I like the look of a lifted truck.
