I'm getting this code that says too rich, too lean. Has anyone else seen this? What should I do or needs to be done?

It helps if you include details about your truck in your post.

Options:

1) Put it on a scanner, find out what is wrong, and replace/fix as neccessary.

2) Start replacing parts at random until the problem goes away. If you are getting rich and lean codes and choose this option, I would start with the upstream o2 sensor and the map sensor
