does anyone know if there is two different governor silenoids in the trannies?...i priced the one at the stealership and they want 113.00 and found one online for 60.00 shipped to my door but i want to make sure it is the rite one!!!....found it at transmissionpartsusa

There is only 1 transmission govenor solenoid.. Is # 29 in picture below...
# 24 is the pressure sensor transducer. When I sell these parts to trans shops, they always buy and replace both..Just something to think about.....BTW never heard of the online place that you asked about...

i have it steve but i was just checking because a guy at a shop said there might be two different solenoids one later and one earlier....so i was just checking!

they may havedepending on the year... fill out your signature so we know what year truck & it's specs. DC changed the sensor after a certain year (dont remember what year) but I'm not sure about the soleniod
