are these gaskets any good... summit part number FEL-MS95480

 

i just put the shortie headers you were lookin at on summit on my truck..i am happy with the results..2 things i recommend paint them with high heat paint..and dont use the crummy gaskets they give you..they blew out on me 2 days after puttin them on..but i think they are a good choice..

did the new headers come with new bolts for the cylinder heads and the y-pipe too? thanks

Wow, got a few questions 2500 mopar?

-For the gaskets, I recommend Remflex.
-For the bolts, most don't come with new ones. I recommend buying some socket head header bolts, escpecially for the hard to reach bolts.
-I don't have the torque specs handy, but I think they are in the thread that Shott started with all the bolt sizes and torque specs (it's a sticky up at the top of this forum). Otherwise, the service manual or even a Chilton or Haynes should have it.
