Default More TC L/UL info?

Ok, I've changed the TPS & IAC, I've adjusted the kickdown linkage, I've even dropped the valve body and changed a restrictor plate (Dodge bulletin)... Still with the surging from the TC locking & unlocking! [sm=wtf.gif]

Short of a rebuilt tranny I'm out of ideas.

Can anyone help... Please!?!

Check the output shaft on your torque converter for any wear.
