are you holding the 4500 rpm or quick shots, quick shots would cause the puff clouds right out of the exhaust...

White smoke is almost always a sign of a coolant leak into a cylinder either directly or by aspiration through the intake.

Wow very good explanation
You reading the Chrysler Diagnostic Service Manual?
lol
pressure test your cooling system with a pressure tester.
only put pressure up to whatever is on the radiator cap and let it sit for a while
report your findings after that

What's the matter, don't like my explanation? I mentioned it only because he questioned whether it was blowby, and white smoke doesn't signify that.
I realize these are the basics of engine diagnosis, but perhaps the OP does not, so I thought I'd do the helpful thing and state an opinion.

My apoligies for the overly technical sounding explanation--I'm an engineer. There's no hope for us.

well i been swamped at my shop for the past couple of days so i didnt geta chance to pressure test it..but i asked mine of my buddies that work there and he said it might be just the head gaskets setting in place..i noticed there is lease smoke more and more as i get on it..so i think he might be right..

P.S- Minnesotamopar- i liked ur explanation.. ..learned something new from it..

i figured you were an engineer or something like that haha

it could be that...
if it continues to clear up then just let it go
if it doesnt try and pressure test it
