Tire Height

For those of you running 37s, when you are at highway pressure (what pressure are you running also?) what is the height of your tires? Also, what I'm really curious about is when at trail pressure, what is the pressure you're running and tire height? Does trail pressure of 20 or so knock off an inch of total height? - thanks
