Here is the link to the part I used in my Daytime Running Light module https://canada.newark.com/infineon/b...-to/dp/50Y1843 . There is a ceramic cap about a 1/4 inch in diameter, was yours loose? I think the loose cap could be why the
MOSFET goes.
