it is called a Quick disconnect tool. Also you dont have to remove the fan, just unbolt the fan shroud, move it twoadrs the engine and you can remove the radiator by pulling up after all the hoses are off and you have removed the upper two bolts from the crossmember.

Well guys, I did it! The radiator's replaced, all fluid levels are as they should be, and she's running great again. Thanks to everyone who posted tips/their advice for me on here! If you guys hadn't posted I would've been taking the fan off and wouldn't know I needed the quick diconnect tools. So thanks again guys, your advice was dead on.
*On a related topic, if any of you guys know who invented the "couplings" that I had to deal with to remove the auto tranny cooler lines I would appreciate it if you would let me know his name and address cause I wanna spend my next vacation tracking him down so I can kick his ***. [:'(] If it weren't for those damn coupling connectors I would've finished in 1/4 the time it took me.
