Default Leaky Tranny output seal? Need Help?

Transmission Leak (Bad) Please I need help? I have a 95 Dodge Ram 4 wheel drive, 1/2 ton, but axles are a 8 bolt pattern, floating rear axle, 35" tires, automatic, 5.2 Magnum, my tranny output seal keeps on leaking, between the tranny and transfercase, i've put a ready-sleeve on the input shaft of the transfercase, and 3 new seals in the back of the tranny, the seal starts leaking within a mile or so. Fluid is @ proper level. Is there supposed to be a gasket between the tranny and transfer case, there never was a gasket? Am I having a vent tube problems? High pressures in the transmission? I'm stuck. Anything would be very helpful.
