Default What do these electrical connectors go to?

Hey all,

I'm trying to figure out what these electrical connectors go to. There are 2 of them and they run along the bottom of the radiator in the inside of the engine bay right up front, but aren't connected to anything. Is it possible the truck is prewired for fog lights? There's a fuse in the PDC but no relay so it's just a spare at this point, and where might I look for the wiring to the switch in the cab to confirm this?

That would be very nice indeed if the fog runs were already there.

I justed looked at my truck which is a sport with the fog lamps. The one on the driver's side does connect to both of my fog lamps. The one on the passenger side is not connected to anything. It has a dummy connector plugged into it.

i have a 2000 sport and my fog light switch is part of the headlight switch. you turn it to the right to turn the headlights on and then pull it straight out to turn the fog lights on. hope this helps you

Yeah, that is where mine is too. It is part of the headlamp switch. You rotate it clockwise and pull for them to come on.

Thanks guys, I'll have topull that light switchout and see if there's extrawires in there. Getting the foglight switch from Dodge shouldn't be a problem at all.

Hopefully if they bothered to wire it up front, then maybe they wired it to the PDC and switch. Now to look into the PIAA lights.

go through that wiring real good. i had a chevy and the connectors for the fog lights were in the same area as yours and also had the wires run to the fuse block under the hood. when i went into the dash to start hooking up the factory foglight switch i had got from a forum meber the wires did not go into the cab and i ended up having to fab up a harness and getting the relay for it to get them to work. but good luck with the project. they are worth the effort if you get the right lights.
