hey everyone! my name is greg im new to this forum but not to dodges. my dad has always driven dodge trucks (94 1500 drove it for about 4 or 5 years, had an 04 single cab short bed, and now hes driving an 06 extended cab short bed...) he even had a 94 RT/10 and a 96 GTS...all awesome..lol

i was always a fan of those second gen rams...he used to have problems with balljoints and transmission BS...

is there anything specific i should look for if i do actualy get into one? anyone have any advice of some years that were better than others? id love to find a 1500 4x4 single cab short bed with a 318 and a 5spd... if i cant find a 5spd the auto is fine... but i really want that single cab short bed configuration...

so if anyone knows of common problems, how long they last, or anything that might be helpful please feel free...

im not gonna be in the market for one for a while im just tryin to do some homework
