Default Sensitive steering?

My truck seems to have sensitive steering when it gets up over 60/65. It's to a point where I wont take it over 70. Anybody else have this problem?
It is an 01 1500 offroad sport.

Kinda. Just a little unstable, which is weird, because it seems a little sluggish in slower speeds.
