My 95 2500 v10 has a signifigant exhaust leak at #5 cylinder port between the manifold and the head. Taking the manifold off to replace the gasket would be a major project as all the bolts are so rusted I am sure they would break off at the sight of a wrench. This truck is my one and only daily driver so extended downtime is not an option. My question is if I live with the noise for awhile what possible damage am I incurring?
