Default Which O2 Sensor to Buy?

I have some credit to use at Rock Auto and am buying parts for my Dodge. My big question is what to do regarding the O2 sensor. I've been lazy right now and don't know if I have one or two on my truck, which is a 1997 5.2L. I know of the one pre-cat, which I assume is the "downstream" unit. Anyway, here is the list from Rock Auto. I am inclined to buy the Bosch unit unless someone can sway my decision.

The upstream oxygen sensor is the one before the converter, and on my 97 5.2 I have only one oxygen sensor before the converter. My sensor is on the passenger side right in front of the converter, so in my guess I would say get Bosch part # 13100. I have use Bosch before and have had no problems with them at all.

I had heard the Bosch ones don't last as long as the NGK (Now NTK,I think) ones. You might want to check if they have that brand.
