As the title says... Where is it located? Does anyone know off hand? My turn signal's are going insane. It's like their on crack. They go from blinking insanly fast, to stoping for a second, and then picking back up again, and then slowing again...

 

Dash leftside ...can see the panel its behind when the drivers side door is open. One is for turn signals other is for Emergency flashers,
