Anyone know what exactly is going on here? I have a 96 dodge 1500, with the 5.9L v8. Sometimes when im driving or just when i start her up, she wont idle. Instead, the tach heads straight for 0. every time i come to a stop light or something i have to put her in N and manually keep the revs up. this is a recurring problem, but it does not happen very often. Has anyone else had this problem? and, if so, do you know how to fix it??

Thanks. Ill go check that next time it happens. Its hasnt happened since i got a new battery though.
